“Love Thyself” was born once I dug deep, turned to my Heavenly Father, and formed a genuine relationship with myself. As a result, I learned, analyzed, and gathered wisdom from a plethora of people. This created an eagerness to research self-awareness, self-love, and optimism.

I received my Bachelor’s in Family Consumer Sciences with a concentration in fashion which taught me skills to help people make informed decisions about their well-being, relationships, and resources to achieve their ideal life. It began with curiosity and bloomed into purpose! It’s my calling to be a light in this world, and assist you with the discovery of loving thyself beyond the surface!
